Idea offers 14GB of data and unlimited calling to customers at Rs 345

The network pricing games have begun as Reliance Jio is shaking up the market with its competitive plans that were announced under the Jio Prime membership.

While Airtel and Vodafone have announced their own plans to counter Jio, Idea cellular also announced its own plan for its customers. Their new mobile prepaid pack offers 500MB of internet data per day and free unlimited calls at Rs 345 (Rs 348 for certain regions). This means that customers get 14GB of data for 28 days. In case you are a new Idea 4G customer, you get 1GB of data per day making it 28GB of data for 28 days.

Idea used to offer unlimited calling at Rs 345 but only used to offer 1GB of data for one month. The network operator is also offering 6GB of data and 248 minutes talk time with the recharge of Rs 248 and 6GB of data at Rs 148.

It is notable that this offer can only be availed if the company chooses to extend you the offer, so you need to check if you are eligible. To check eligibility users need to download the “My Idea” app, sign in and then head over to the app-exclusive offers section.

Recently Airtel and Vodafone also announced similar offers offering customers as much as 1GB of data per day and unlimited calling as a move to take on Reliance Jio’s new Prime membership.
